You can propose anything you're interested and gauge other peoples interest in it. Personally i'd love to see art classes!
If enough people are interested, space can be found for it to happen or you can make it happen yourself (if it were something you could coordinate). Browse the site for all sorts of different examples of activites from knitting classes to electronics.
