This class is an exploration of meditation as a practice for inspiring the creative writing process. We will learn the correlation between meditation and writing, as well as how to clear any mental blocks that are inhibiting our writing flow through pranayama (breathwork), active and/or silent meditation, as well as guided imagery. We will practice free writing from our heart center, which will not only make us better writers, but it is also a great way to connect with ourselves on a deeper level. Afterwards, there will be time to share your work with the rest of the group.
