WHAT I CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THIS WORKSHOP

This post was made to the blog for Wheat Paste: A {very}short study of creating and applying fun into the world.

I would be very interested in sharing a "Stencil Making" technique I've developed called "Totem Symmetry". It plays on indigineous techniques of "art transferring", pattern making & fractal/generative art (which is directly influenced by LIFE) & I can give a simple demo of the 2nd part of this project which is called, the "Rebel Process" (it's a bleach-based & upcycling technique).

I actually teach this class to young people in the public school system regularly.

This would most likely have to happen as a full class session. (possibly even 3/4th of a class, if someone would like to segue from this to touch upon another aspect of the workshop series).
